Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mapwrap, you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by
local law) to use Mapwrap. By using the app, you represent that you
meet this requirement.
Accounts & Authentication
- You may log in using Strava or other supported providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You may revoke Mapwrap’s access to your provider account (e.g.,
Strava) at any time via the provider’s settings.
Use of Service

Mapwrap allows you to generate animated videos (.mp4) from your
fitness activities.

You may share generated content on third-party platforms (e.g.,
Instagram) at your own discretion.

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to
unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or distribution of
malicious code.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Mapwrap complies
with Strava’s API terms and any applicable laws.
User Content

You retain ownership of your activity data and generated videos.

By using Mapwrap, you grant us a limited license to process your
data solely for providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share externally and
for complying with third-party platform rules.
Strava API & Third-Party Providers

Mapwrap uses the Strava API in accordance with Strava’s API
Agreement.

We request only the minimum data necessary to provide functionality.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in Strava or
other providers’ APIs.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using Mapwrap for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other
users’ accounts.

Sharing generated content in ways that violate third-party rights or
platform policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mapwrap at any time,
without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You
may stop using Mapwrap at any time and request deletion of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Mapwrap is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of
any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free service, nor that generated content will meet your
expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapwrap and its developers
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to
loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app
or generated content.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version
will be posted at mapwrap.app/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of Mapwrap after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its
conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austria.
